3.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. zxbajl aims to process all approved withdrawals on the same business day the request is received. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered under the same name as the zxbajl account.
3.3 Verification Before Withdrawal
zxbajl reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of the request may result in the withdrawal being declined.
3.4 No Third-Party Payments
You may not deposit funds from a payment account that belongs to a third party, nor may you request that winnings be paid to a third party. 3.5 Currency

Any attempt to defraud zxbajl or other players — including but not limited to providing false identity documents, using stolen payment credentials, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or misrepresenting the source of deposited funds — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.
5.2 Collusion & Match Fixing
Players must not collude with other players, partners, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets. Any suspicion of match-fixing, insider information use, or coordinated betting to exploit pricing inefficiencies will result in the immediate voiding of relevant bets and account investigation.
5.3 Automated Software
The use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools designed to exploit game logic, or any software that provides an unfair mechanical advantage over other players is strictly forbidden. zxbajl employs technical monitoring systems to detect non-human activity patterns. Accounts found to be using such tools will be terminated without notice.
5.4 System Errors & Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or miscommunication of odds or game outcomes, zxbajl reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and refund the original stake. zxbajl is not liable for any losses or expected winnings arising from a manifest error.
